How do I complete identity verification?

If identity verification is required, Mypage will show the information and documents you need to submit.

1. Log in to Mypage.
2. Open the identity-verification notice or the relevant menu.
3. Check the personal information requested on the screen.
4. Take a clear photo or scan of a valid identity document and any additional required documents.
5. Make sure all corners are visible and the text is clear, then submit the documents.
6. Check your email and Mypage for the review result or any request for additional information.
