Can I deposit into a trading account with a negative balance?

Yes. You can deposit into a trading account with a negative balance.

 

If Land Prime's negative balance adjustment is applied automatically, the trading account balance will first be reset to zero and then the deposit will be credited. If you deposit before the adjustment is completed, the deposit may be used to offset the negative balance. Check that the balance has been reset to zero before depositing.

 

1. Check the balance under [Trade] in the MT4/MT5 terminal.

2. If the balance remains negative, ask Customer Support to restore it before making a deposit.

3. Make the deposit after the balance has been adjusted to zero.
