How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Follow these steps to enable two-factor authentication for withdrawals.

 

1. Go to [My Profile > Security] in Mypage.

2. Turn on the [Two-Factor Authentication] switch.

3. Choose an authentication method.

- Email: Receive the code at your registered email address.

- Google Authenticator: Use the code generated by the authenticator app.

4. Select [Continue].

5. Enter the six-digit code received through the selected method.

6. Select [Enable] to complete the setup.

 

If Google Authenticator has not yet been linked, it cannot be selected as the authentication method. Select [Set Up] to link Google Authenticator first, or use email authentication.

 

Set up two-factor authentication

 

※ Two-factor authentication does not apply to Mypage login. It is used only for withdrawals.
